Meet Sara!
Sara is an Egyptian fulltime professional artist. Born and raised in Cairo. She was known among her family and her school for her talent at a very young age. Her art teacher has always recognized her talent during school. Her family was of great support and encouragement to her. Pursuing her passion for art she opted for a career change after a long time in corporate life so she developed her drawing and painting skills over the past years. She started in 2012, by taking oil painting classes at an art studio. She continued to build her skills and joined short courses at an art academy as well as workshops in oil painting and drawing. From 2012 to 2018 She exhibited her artwork solely and collectively in few exhibitions locally and internationally. In 2020, she joined the online mastery program at the Milan Art institute in USA to add an extensive value to her artwork and artistic career.
Paintings and Process
Sara is an abstract realist painter. Her paintings are journey that take you on an adventure of self-discovery. She uses a fast paced technique in her painting and intuitive marks that flows freely on the canvas. She uses realism, women figure in abstract background with bright colors to render the joy of the journey. Her paintings encourage individualism, self-actualization and inspire her collectors to be free, follow their heart and step into their destiny. Sara believes in self-growth and uniqueness, she says, “You should strive to fulfill your dreams and be your own kind of beauty no matter what anyone says. Just be you.”
Artist's Studio and Lifestyle
Sara’s current studio is located in New Cairo. It is her comfortable space, it’s cozy warm room in her house. She owns a beautiful dog that spends most of the time with her at the studio while she paints. She likes to have a healthy lifestyle so she is consistent about workouts during the week. In the future, Sara is looking forward to have her own Gallery and large studio space with beautiful garden view. She is passionate about traveling so she will continue to explore the world and travel often striving inspiration.
